We teach the why of our passion.  In our investment advisory services, we encourage and promote the alignment of personal values with investments.  When a new client has not considered this possibility or is unaware of the ability to engage in Socially and Environmentally responsible investing, we take the time to educate.  We see the power of the money “vote” and how it has been used in our culture to create our current environment.  We vision and hold the reality of a new future and see the power of the money “vote” to provide that future.

We are committed to the assisting each individual who chooses to work at Mackey Advisors™ to be all they can be.  We demonstrate this commitment by providing each team member with an annual contribution to growth and development work of their own choosing.
 
We actively mentor new team members.  We celebrate and encourage diversity.
 
We take the time to develop team spirit.  Quarterly we hold ˝ to full day retreats where the entire team works on the vision and mission of the firm.  We also take a full day each year to play together.  Normally our play day celebration is April 16.

We actively support our community with our financial resources.  Five percent of our net profits each year are contributed to local organizations.  Past contributions have been made to organizations such as, The Maplewood Children’s Home, The Children’s Home of Northern Kentucky, YWCA, WVXU, and The Urban Learning Center.
 
We encourage our team to serve the community with their time and talent.  Our volunteer efforts include organizations such as, New Thought Unity Center, The Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati Chambers of Commerce, the Boy Scouts of America, Legacy, Behringer Crawford Museum, and the YWCA.

We actively recycle paper, plastic and aluminum.  We purchase products with recycled content and screen our vendors.
