Fifth Field: Strategic Coaching System

The Fifth Field TM is our unique approach to strategic business growth and development consulting.  To use The Fifth Field TM processes is to dare to dream of your life and your business as a unique expression of who you are in the world.   A Fifth Field TM business breaks the old outdated paradigm that you must suffer and endure hardship to profit.  We believe you can love your business and your roles in it, and it can be wildly profitable at the same time!

  • There are four stages in The Fifth Field TM:
  • Initial Consultation
  • Strategic Possibility Consultation
  • Project Implementation
  • Coaching and Accountability

Stage One, The Initial Consultation:

The outcomes of the Initial Consultation are: 1) Identification and articulation of the business owner(s) personal passion, essence and contribution in the world 2) A written vision statement 3) Steps for integrating the business owner(s) essence and passion into his or her business. 
 
Pre-qualifications for the Initial Consultation are:
1) A desire to have your work be in alignment with your innate abilities and gifts 2) An existing business or a clear plan to establish one


Stage Two, Strategic Possibility Consultation:

The outcome of the Strategic Possibility Consultation is an assessment of the strengths and weaknesses along with a written action plan and recommended priorities in each area of your businesses: Vision, Structure, Strategy, Products and Services, Marketing and Sales, Culture, People,   Systems and Processes, Finance.
 
Pre-qualifications for Strategic Possibility Consultation are:
1) An existing business that has been in operation for a minimum of 1 year 2) A belief system that change is desirable and possible 3) A desire to facilitate the expansion of your business in a way that is in alignment with your personal values.

Stage Three, Project Implementation:

Outcomes of Project Implementation are project specific.  As a commitment to our own success generated by excellent work, we take on only those projects for which our expertise is a match.
 
Examples of projects include:

  • Development of a comprehensive marketing program
  • Identification of KPI’s, Key Performance Indicators
  • Facilitation of a CAB, Customer Advisory Board
  • Facilitating the creation of an organizational vision
  • Revamping organizational structure
  • Team training projects

Pre-qualifications for Project Implementation are:
1) Completion of a personal consultation for each business owner 2) Completion of a strategic possibility consultation
A demonstrated willingness to do your part of the project
An intention to let go of ways that do not produce the results you desire 3) A willingness to accept your desired results


Stage Four, Coaching and Accountability

Outcomes of the Coaching and Accountability process are:
1) Foundation for change for you to bring your passion and essence into the world 2) Empowered thinking 3) The ability to self observe your own sabotage 4) An expansion of your current limitations around money 5) Outcomes agreed upon
 
Pre-qualification for Coaching and Accountability are:
1) An existing business that has been in operation for a minimum of 1 year 2) A belief system that includes “I don’t know” 3) A desire to do what it takes to create your world the way you desire 4) Completion of a personal consultation and a strategic possibility consultation
